Shipping returns and refunds


Delivery of any artworks purchased on the website is carried out by our own dedicated staff or by insured express couriers. Insurance is included in the shipping costs and covers the full value of the work. You are thus 100% guaranteed against theft or any damage that may be incurred during shipping. Before accepting the package, we recommend that you ensure that it is dry and in good condition. We also recommend that you accept any package conditional to inspection.

Costs and delivery

Shipping is free within Italy and to the rest of the world. The packaging of the artwork is carried out according to the highest standards. Paintings and sculptures are packed either in wooden crates or in rigid cases, while unframed works on paper are transported in flat packages of stiff cardboard. Under no circumstances is glass shipped. If necessary, glass can be added by customers at their own expense. Before placing an order, it is possible to contact the gallery at for any further information you might need. Delivery of artworks within Italy takes approximately five working days. Prior to shipping artworks to Europe and the rest of the world, self-certification for contemporary art needs to be approved by the Export Office of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities. In this case, delivery can take from five to twenty working days.

What to do if the work arrives damaged

When the express courier delivers the work, we recommend that you make sure that the package is dry and intact. We also recommend that you sign for all deliveries conditional to inspection.

After opening the package, please contact us within 24 hours if you find that the work has been damaged, sending the gallery appropriate photographs that clearly show the damage.


You have the right to withdraw from the contract signed with the Seller, without incurring any penalty and without having to specify the reason, within ten (10) working days, starting from the day on which you receive the items purchased on In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must email asking for the specific return form that will be sent to the Customer by email. Only when customers have received and completed the form will they be able to ship the item that they wish to return. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted if the Customer fails to make an explicit request or if the Company has not yet sent the return form to the Customer. The customer assumes the costs and risks connected to the transportation of the returned item. Once the returned item arrives at the EDARCOM EUROPA art gallery, Via Macedonia 12 – 00179 Rome, the company will issue the refund within ten working days.
