Shipping methods and times
The delivery of the works purchased on the www.edarcom.it site is carried out directly by our designated personnel or by insured express courier.
The insurance is included in the shipping costs and covers the entire value of the work. You are 100% guaranteed against theft or damage that may occur during shipment.
Before accepting the package, we recommend that you make sure it is intact and not wet. We recommend that you accept with reservations.
Shipping costs and delivery times
Shipping is free in Italy and in the rest of the world: the packaging of the works is carried out in a workmanlike manner in a wooden crate or rigid material for paintings and sculptures or in a rigid cardboard flat pack for works on paper without a frame. In no case will glass be sent which, if necessary for the work, must be added by the Customer at his own expense.

Delivery time is approximately 5 working days for Italy.
For Europe and the rest of the world, having to wait for the approval of the Self-Certification for Contemporary Art by the Export Office of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, the delivery time can vary from 5 to 20 working days.
What to do if the work arrives damaged
When the express courier delivers the work, we recommend making sure that the package is not broken or wet. However, we advise you to accept with reserve.
If, once the package has been opened, the work is damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date, sending us photos that clearly show the damage.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten (10) working days, starting from the day of receipt of the products purchased on www.edarcom.it.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an email to email@example.com and wait for the return form which will be sent to the Customer by email. Only when the customer has received the form, can he send the return.
In no case will returns be accepted without the explicit request by the Customer and without the sending by the Company of the return form. The Customer assumes the costs and risk of transporting the return.
Once the return has arrived at the EDARCOM EUROPA gallery, in via Macedonia 12 – 00179 Rome, the company will issue the refund within 10 working days.
